The LAUTECH EEE Class '05 Alumni Association (RC 184541) respects your privacy. This notice explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

What We Collect

• Identity: full name, matriculation number, email, phone.
• Association: zone, committees, office held, awards, milestones.
• Financial: record of dues payments and receipts (no card data is ever stored).
• Technical: login IP & user agent for security & audit.

How We Use It

• To maintain the Association's register (Article 4, Section 8).
• To collect and receipt annual dues (Article 6, Section 18).
• To communicate with members about events, meetings, and publications.
• To enable member-to-member connection (directory, chat, profiles).

Privacy by Default

Your private contact details (phone, home address, employer) are never shown on your public profile unless you explicitly opt in. You control every visibility toggle from your profile settings.

Your Rights

• View and download everything we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccuracy at any time.
• Request deletion, subject to retention obligations (e.g., financial records).
